Ampere X Sheffield Digital X SUMU present: UK Tech Week Closing Party At Yellow Arch Studios! Including Talent Contest, Live Music, Street Food and Karaoke!
Ampere is doing another social party! After a fantastic Xmas Bash, we are delighted to invite you to the UK Tech Week Closing Party, celebrating the first Sheffield Tech Week and promising to be bigger, bolder and better than our first party!
From April 23rd-25th Sheffield will be participating in the first ever UK Tech Week. Ampere alongside Sheffield Digital will be leading Sheffield’s UKTW operations. In true South Yorkshire style, we will be celebrating all the amazing achievements and people in our precious ecosystem by hosting a night to remember at Yellow Arch Studios!
This Time We’re Not Holding Back!
This event will include the debut of Ampere’s Got Talent Contest, A Karaoke Room which will move to the main stage later in the evening, Live music (DJs and Bands) and Street Food vendors on site!
Ampere’s Got Talent:
We know how abundant the Tech talent is in our region, but what about the other aspects of your life? We want to see what you can bring to the table, and share your unique abilities be they singing, stand-up, interpretive dance or beyond! There will be fame, prestige, bragging rights and of course a selection of prizes to be won! Karaoke:
Join in and bond with like-minded individuals, friends and strangers through the joy of singing! As we did last time the Karaoke will move to the main stage at the back end of the night and this is your time to be the star you were always born to be!
Live Music:
Ampere will be bringing a host of Live musicians (DJ’s/Bands) to play for the first few hours of the event. Bring your dancing shoes and brace yourself to get down on the dance floor!
Street Food Vendors:
Make sure to arrive hungry and we will be bringing fantastic flavours from everyone’s favourite trend, the Street Food Scene!
All in all, this is a night for you, to come together with those you meet throughout the tech week. To meet new people and bond through the fun that can be had at an Ampere social. Celebrate this fantastic ecosystem in our incredible city, in style and united!
