Startups should be prepared to move to the regions to become part of their Venture.Community
Venture.Community offers Founders free pre-acceleration through our Events, community through our regional open Groups, and deep acceleration through Full Membership.
Full Members share in ownership of our community, but only the most promising Founders are admitted to be Full Members alongside our Fellows. Admittance is based upon the potential of their startup and their work, and sponsorship from a Fellow (who we will find as part of the process) – Founders can Apply Below.
Our community works to mitigate the worst of these uncertainties, with the aim to reduce the failure rate of early stage companies. We have created a multi-faceted framework which securities and nourish our Founders at every stage. Alone we are up against the odds, disempowered and exposed but in the collective of the Venture.Community we gain strength. Our focus is to protect, support, and empower and here is what we offer.

APPLICATION DETAILS
ACCELERATOR APPLICATION STRUCTURE
Fill out the application below, and briefly explain in your business, field, team dynamic, traction and ambitions. In this stage we needs to review the logistical information presented, but what we are most interested in hearing from you, the Founder about your origin story, motivations, and ambitions. After this stage, there will be an initial sift and successful applicants will be offered a free ValRes strategy workshop.
Venture.Community and the regional Fellows will review the output from your strategy workshop using the ValRes approach. The fundamental principles of ValRes are to assess the Venture Potential of an organisation, we don’t mind if there’s work to do, what we’re interested in is your potential!
After ValRes, successful applicants will be invited into acceleration, and terms will be issued. Reapplication is encouraged if you’re unsuccessful and make progress on the feedback provided.

ACCELERATOR AMENITIES
Venture.Community accelerator is broken down into several elements but all operate within the cooperative framwork. Fellow mentorship, interventions, showcases, supporting fund support, and access to the power of the Venture.Community network.
Your sponsoring Fellow will begin working with you on the different aspects of your business which need addressing to unlock your venture potential. They will connect you with investors and guide you on your journey. Typically we see Fellows becoming non-executive directors or chairs of startups to support Founders.
Along side the vertical support, Venture.Community will organise interventions based on the assessments made from the ValRes process, the aim is to not waste your time through generic acceleration!
These workshops will be provided by our Fellows, strategic sponsors and suppliers and will focus on the relevant services you will require as you scale. In these workshops plans will be devised for your organisation by our recommended providers but there will be no obligation to continue to work with anyone. We see the interventions readying all our accelerating companies for the rapid growth they will undergo. Moreover, they will help you build out all the additional facets of your business to get you to investment and then scale.
In addition to the mentorship and interventions, we have been building relationships with supporting funds. These consist of angel syndicates, groups and enablement programs, as well as early-stage VCs and innovation funds. With these relationships when our founders reach investment readiness we can help them raise with a higher rate of success and expediency.
