I build AI businesses and am Founder of the UKs fastest-growing AI Visibility Agency. MarGen is my GEO agency. We get brands recommended by AI, not just ranked by Google, using a methodology called the Synaptic Authority Engine. MyAutoBot handles voice automation for UK service businesses. Presentr is an AI-first evergreen webinar platform. RedBridge Media publishes eCom Insider, a B2B newsletter for ecommerce operators. Alongside that I work as a fractional Chief AI Officer, going into companies that know AI matters but have no idea where to start. I use a 13-Angle Framework to find where the money actually is, then build it rather than write a report about it. What interests me most is undervalued businesses with good bones and bad systems. Most companies are one operational rebuild away from being worth considerably more than they are. That is where I want to put time, capital and sweat. I am Sheffield born and based, and I have no plans to leave. The North has the talent, the work ethic and none of the attention. I am doing what I can about the last part.
