Sandra Patricio is the founder of Toki Mindset & Talent, working with commercially-minded founders on the mental fitness that underpins performance: how they think under pressure, make decisions, and lead when the business gets hard. Her approach centres on what she calls "Energetic Currency": understanding where a founder's mental energy actually goes, and reclaiming it from the patterns that drain it. Before coaching, she spent two decades in talent acquisition, and often ends up helping founders think through hiring and building their first teams alongside the coaching work.
