Qube Catalyst. Tech Product Expert for Founders and Startups
I am a software product expert and technology operator with 22 years of experience building, shipping, and optimising digital platforms. My career includes nine years at Meta, where I managed product lifecycles across the entire spectrum of scale, from specialised products for 3,000 people to global systems serving over three billion people, operating within high-speed environments. Outside of my core product career, I am a former elected borough councillor and the founder of Black Women in Tech, a professional Facebook community of over 52,000 members built entirely through organic growth. Today, I operate Qube Catalyst, an independent product advisory where I work with tech startups facing early user adoption, retention, and growth plateau challenges. I specialise in hands-on architectural diagnostics, helping founding teams turn early user behaviour into clear, actionable engineering priorities. Based in Leighton Buzzard, I balance my advisory work with my family life as a wife, a mum to three teenagers, and the caretaker of a very stubborn but adorable Shih Tzu puppy.
