Sheffield has a long history of entrepreurialism, with the formation of a dynmaic metallergy economy dating back to the 14th century. This focus has drastically shaped the history of the world, with the inventions of Stainless Steel and the Bessemer process often being attributed as the begingin of the Technological Revolution.
A parralel can be seen within Tuscany’s capital city, Florence, where one Cosimo de’ Medici’s lifework established a legacy that also changed the region and world forever. Cosimo de’ Medici was a truly entrepreneurial spirit. Combining business, art, and family he established his menage as the effective rulers of Florence. His bank arguably funded the Renaissance, and his ancestors enabled the work of artists including Verrocchio, Leonardo da Vinci, Botticelli, and Michelangelo.

An entrepreneur and business owner who has set up more than 20 companies in 5 different countries. As a German lawyer, he invested in real estate, built a catering and food delivery business, opened the Good Coffee chain, and co-founded an urban mission organisation with his brother.
His love for Italy and the Renaissance has led him to take a deep dive into researching the history and influence of the Medici family. He has since launched a personal & business development company based on the pillars of success learned from generations of the greatest of Florentine patrons.
Cris travels the globe and delivers keynotes on the topics of success, significance and legacy.
